In his own words
The need of the hour was that I stay home and look after our son until he turned 2. I'm a stay-at-home dad.
Becoming a first-time father made me want to spend more time with my family instead of travelling for work. I can still travel, just on a limited basis — and I do my best work in the calm and focus of a home setup anyway.
I've done both project management and customer success long enough to know which one I'd choose if I could only do one. Customer success wins — it's the role where 'did this actually work for them' is the entire job.
Open to relocation.
